This original drawing in magenta & black is by well-known Connecticut mail artist Arte ala Carte. The cancellation consists of two red scratches across a 29-cent Buffalo Soldiers commemorative, so there is no date, but it is perhaps from around 1996, & Arte ala Carte overpaid the postage.
