A New Years mail art card received, I think, late in 1995, though the cancellation being black-on-black is not readable. Seiko has glued images of lunar new year rat stamps from Guyana on black cardstock onto which she had painted flesh-colored wind or waves, adding images from the handcarved running-ratty stamp that reappeared on Boscographix mailings for about three years.
