Buttons' Big Ears (2005) was written and illustrated and self-published by Linda McDermott Westfeldt. This is a slim book telling the true story of a rescue chihuahua's adventures in Texas. Beside the book cover above there's a portrait of Buttons himself. One-third of the sales proceeds go to the animal organizatioin PAWS of Austin.
