Stand-up comedian and film star Dane Cook has a chihuahua named The Beast. Both he and his girlfriend would let Beast poop in the common areas of the apartment building and not clean it up, which got him evicted from his West Los Angeles apartment, in 2007.

He filed suit against his landlord but lost because, dude, you left your dog's poop in the common areas! Poor Dane Cook, what could he do but purchase his own seven million dollar home in the Hollywood Hills.
