Kerry Max Cook is the author of Chasing Justice: My Story of Freeing Myself After Two Decades on Death Row for a Crime I Didn't Commit (2007).

What the Texas "justice" system put him through, for years lasting even after DNA evidence rationally cleared him of the crime, would've left any ordinary man bitter and angry. But Kerry's a man of grace, happy to at last have freedom. And he loves his chihuahua too!
