Simon Cowell though famed for wickedness is a major dog lover. However, his own choice of dog (so far as I know) is much larger than a chihuahua. Nevertheless, there he is with chihuahua (above) in the opening title sequence for Britain's original version of The X Factor.

In the second photo (below), he's kanoodling with the same dark-nosed chihuahua. Chi fanatic Paula Abdul reported, "You really want to hear something gross? Simon likes to French kiss my chihuahuas!" As if Paula doesn't.

Simon has a reputation for being mean, but now with dogs, he can never resist them. And he has done charity work with the Royal Society Of The Prevention Of Cruelty to Animals.
