Madame Shirley the Medium is a fortune-telling gypsy chihuahua in an episode of the delightfully perverse Courage the Cowardly Dog on the Cartoon Network.

I loved Madame Shirley but episodes I liked most involved Doc Gerbil and his underground funhouse ride through "Doc Gerbil's World," and an episode that pits frightened Courage against sentient demonic eggplants.
