Katsuhiro Otomo's Steamboy (2004), set in a steam-punk vision of London, features the demanding heroine Scarlett O'Hara (in the original Japanese, Scarleto Hara), a spoiled rich kid who is unkind to her chihuahua whose name is Columbus. The collector figurine below is of Scarlett and Columbus.
