Russian comedy actor Boris Sichkin in the film role as Buba Kastorskiy, together with Buba's chihuahua Don Tessa. I think the film is Neulovimye mstiteli (1966) directed by Edmond Keosayan, though it seems unlikely I'll ever get a chance to see it.
