It's pretty much critically accepted that Gary Busey with his chihuahua in the volley ball film comedy Cloud 9 (2006) stole the movie from Burt Reynolds and D. L. Hughley. I mean, seriously, who gives a shit about Burt Reynolds and D. L. Hughley?

Busey plays a cantancerous wackjob of a dog owner, and who better to play that. His dog is played by Moonie, best known for having played Bruiser in the Legally Blonde films.
