Fools Rush In (1997) is a heartfelt but often insufferable cross-cultural romantic comedy starring the bland Matthew Perry and the mediocre-in-English Salma Hayek (she always seems a better actor in Spanish language films).

Che the Chihuahua briefly livens things up with some hysterically jealous comedy-action, providing a slapstick moment when Che decides he doesn't like Matthew Perry any more than does the audience.
