At a lavish dog costume event in Manhattan, a chihuahua and young model wore matching Thai or Balinese outfits on the fashion runway. This was during Pet Fashion Week, 2007, an annual trade show with buyers and exhibitors from all over the world attend. The second photo shows the dog's dresser.

Many dog breeds were carried or sauntered down the catwalk with models, but this one was the show-stopper that induced "rapturous applaus" from the audience.
