Samson the blind chihuahua was literally born without eyes, a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. His slogan became "I can see you with my heart."

By the age of four months he had already learned the verbal commands Come, Turn Around, Watch Out, No, and Kisses. He was a very smart fellow who clearly had no idea he was handicapped, running and playing with sighted dogs with eager happiness.
