Tilly is a "chorkie," half chihuahua and half Yorkshire terrier, born in January 2009. Her father and mother, Sasha and Tyson, were also chorkies.
Full name "Tiny Tilly," she belongs to Karen McPhearson of East Kilbride, Scotland, and is shown in these photos at three months of age, when it already seemed unlikely she would grow any larger.
Having apparently maxed out when fully grown to eight inches length and height, Tilly was awfuly small, though no threat to Brandy, a chihuahua in Florida holding the record world's smallest living adult dog at just six inches and weighing two pounds). Though not the world's smallest, at eight inches, Tilly appeared to be Great Britain's smallest at that time.
