Bunny the perky two-legged chihuahua was rescued from a crazy backyard breeder in Southern California. She was born with only rear legs.

Before she got her front wheels, she would scoot around on her nubs, or hop on just her hind legs, hence her name Bunny. Her nubs were worn raw and it was imperative for the rescuers (at the Riverside Humane Society Pet Adoption Center) to get her the wheeled ascessory you see in these photos.

The lightweight custom cart, made by Eddie's Wheels, was something she instantly adapted to, and began zipping around everywhere with great delight and rambunctious happiness. Joyful and healthy, Bunny was soonafter adopted by a family willing and eager to assist Bunny in her special needs.
