Little Roo was abandoned by her owner, became ill, and spent much of her first six months of life in an animal hospital. Oh yeah, and she was born with only two legs.

Her vet said that on the rare occasion they see this condition, the pups have to be euthanized, for they are prone to other ailments like renal dysfunction. But Roo seems to be quite healthy apart from the missing limbs. So the Human Society Second Chance Hospital raised funds to get her her first set of training wheels. In the video, Roo is six weeks old.
